If you have good bread at home, I recommend a different dinner for today: cheesy mushroom toast.

The good thing about these mushrooms is that we find them all year round, and at a good price. In addition, in Thermomix We can cook them in less than 30 minutes and with very few ingredients.

The result is what you see in the photo, a Dinner fast and informal, which is sometimes what you feel like at this time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g onion
  • 40 g oil
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • A few cubes of cheese (mozzarella, brie cheese, semi-cured, blue cheese ...)
  • 6 slices of bread
  • Parsley
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. We put the peeled garlic, onion and oil in the glass. We program 4 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass and then program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 2.

  2. At that time we wash and chop the mushrooms.

  3. We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the mushrooms in the glass and program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  4. We add a little salt and pepper. We program 5 minutes, 100º speed 1. This time we leave the cup on slightly inclined.

  5. At the end of the programmed time, add the cheese cubes and wait 5 minutes.

  6. At that time we cut our bread. We toast it in a toaster or skillet.

  7. Finally, we put the mushrooms and the pieces of cheese on the slices of bread and… that's it!
