Original cherry tomato salad with bread, olives, mozarella and basil leaves. A perfect salad for the summer.

Ingredients

400 g cherry tomatoes
100 g of stale bread
About 100 g of water
1/2 onion (30 g approximately)
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
70 g of balsamic vinegar
Some basil leaves and some more to decorate
Sal Island
Olives
150 g of mozarella

Preparation

We cut the bread into pieces and put it in a bowl to moisten it with water (about 100g of water will be enough, it will depend on how hard our bread is) for a few minutes.
We peel half an onion and put it in the glass. We chop it up with two turbo strokes.
We wash the tomatoes. We cut them in half and put them in a bowl, next to the chopped onion.
Once we have removed the onion from the glass, we put the moistened bread, the basil leaves, the oil and the vinegar in it. We program 8 seconds, speed 5. We put it in the bowl.
We chop the mozarella and add it to the salad. We also add the olives.
We stir everything, add salt if we consider it necessary and we have the salad ... ready to serve!
