Chicken and mushroom croquettes

chicken-and-mushroom croquettes

Another recipe from Croquetas, this time chicken and mushrooms.

These ingredients come out quite a lot, so you can fry a few and freeze the rest. They come great like appetizer if we have guests at home. Or as Dinner, if we have not had time to prepare something else. Both children and adults always enjoy them.

We can make them of cecina, cod, and even of quinoa and carrot. The possibilities are endless. If you put the word croquettes in the search engine of this page you will see all the ones we have published.

The croquettes freeze after passing through the milk and the breadcrumbs?

      Hello Elena:
Yes, yes, they are frozen once formed and coated. When you need to fry them, put them directly in the pan, with a low heat, so that they cook well inside.
      Take care!

    Hi, I love this recipe.

I would like to know if they can be baked.

    A greeting.

      Hello John:
Yes, you can make them in the oven. I sometimes cook them like this, brushing the surface first with a little olive oil.
      Thanks for your comment.
      Take care!

Hello, I love dislike of her but I have not made them, and thanks to her recipes I will make them at home, only that there is a small problem I do not understand how to use the two spoons? Could you please tell me, thank you very much.

Hi, I'm a newbie at this… .how long and what temperature would they put in the oven? It is that frying does not suit me. Thanks a lot.

      Hi Elias,
You can put it at 180º and have them for about 15 minutes. You will see that they are made by the golden color of the breadcrumbs.
