Here you have one of those recipes that we all like, the kind that in less than a minute we can say ... that's it! This cream also helps us to take advantage of those chicken pieces that sometimes we have left over at lunch or dinner.
Croquettes is what I usually do when there is some chicken. But as to do them it takes time and there are times when it is not so easy to find it ... because I choose this other option, much faster.
This cream can be used as a filling of sandwiches, muffins or to spread in crackers like the ones in the photo. It will serve you as appetizer or as a light and healthy snack for any occasion.
