Chicken cream spread

Here you have one of those recipes that we all like, the kind that in less than a minute we can say ... that's it! This cream also helps us to take advantage of those chicken pieces that sometimes we have left over at lunch or dinner.

Croquettes is what I usually do when there is some chicken. But as to do them it takes time and there are times when it is not so easy to find it ... because I choose this other option, much faster.

This cream can be used as a filling of sandwiches, muffins or to spread in crackers like the ones in the photo. It will serve you as appetizer or as a light and healthy snack for any occasion.

With this light spread we can take advantage of the chicken pieces that we may have left from another meal. It is perfect as a snack or aperitif.

Ingredients

• 90 g of chicken (already cooked, cleaned, without bones or skin)
• 50 g carrot, peeled
• 40 g of peeled apple
• 2 pickles in vinegar (from the little ones)
• 85 g of natural yogurt
• 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
• Salt (if you think necessary)

Preparation

1. We put the chicken, the carrot, the apple and the pickles in the glass. We grind with several turbo strokes.

2. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice and program 10 seconds, speed 2. We taste and add salt if we consider it necessary.

3. And ready to make our sandwich or to put on the table together with some crackers or some slices of bread!
