The variety of creams what we can do with our Thermomix. This chickpea is prepared in less than half an hour because we will use the already cooked legume.

We can use chickpeas canned or cook them at home (if we leave them to soak overnight we will have them ready in a moment using the pressure cooker).

There are experts who recommend peeling or Crush la legume to make it more digestible. In this case we choose to grind it and with our kitchen robot it is very simple.

      Hello MªDolores,
      I suppose so, adding a good amount of vegetable broth (for 100g of flour, approximately one liter of water -more or less liquid depending on the texture you want to achieve-)
