Chocolate and apple sponge cake, in baking dish

Preparation

1. We put in the glass the chocolate for desserts, in pieces. We program 3 seconds, speed 7. We take out a bowl and reserve it.

2. Without washing the glass we put in it the flour, the sugar, the bitter cocoa, the eggs, the butter and the milk. We program 30 seconds, speed 4.

3. We now incorporate the yeast and the chocolate that we have reserved.

4. Peel and chop the apple. We also put those apple cubes in the glass. We program 10 seconds, left turn, speed 3.

5. We grease with a little butter an ovenproof dish like the one seen in the photo. You can also use a cake mold about 24 centimeters in diameter. We distribute the dough in our container or mold.

6. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 40 minutes.

7. Let cool and, if you want, sprinkle a little sugar on the surface before serving.
