In today's video you will see how to make this soft chocolate banana cheesecake.

First we will crush the cookies and we will mix them with butter. That will be the base.

We will grind and then melt the chocolate that will serve us for the creamy part of the cake. And all the ingredients of that creamy part will also be mixed in Thermomix.

Children love the taste of it. It is a chocolate cake but also it tastes like banana... Do not stop trying it, it will surprise you.

Ingredients

  • 120 g of biscuits
  • 50 g butter, cut into pieces
  • 50 g chocolate for desserts, in pieces
  • 70 g banana, cut into pieces
  • 20 g icing sugar
  • 110 g of mascarpone
  • 100 g of ricotta
  • 60 g of liquid cream
  • 6 g of gelatin in sheets
  • 1 glass of cold water to soak the gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of hot water to dissolve the gelatin
  • More banana for garnish (optional)
  • Grated chocolate for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. We soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. We booked.

  2. We put the cookies in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 9.

  3. We add the butter and program 20 seconds, speed 6.

  4. We put the mixture in a removable mold of about 20 cms in diameter, distributing it over the entire surface and squashing it with the back of a spoon. We reserve in the fridge.

  5. Without washing the glass, we put the chocolate in it. We program 6 seconds, speed 6. We lower with the spatula what has been adhered to the walls of the glass.

  6. We program 3 minutes and 30 seconds, 50º, speed 2.

  7. Add the banana in pieces and the icing sugar. We program 10 seconds, speed 6. We go down with the spatula.

  8. Add the mascarpone and ricotta. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

  9. We now add the cream and mix again, programming 10 seconds, speed 4.

  10. We put a tablespoon of water in a small bowl and heat it in the microwave. When it is hot, we drain the gelatin sheets that we have soaked and put them in the hot water. Mix well with a spoon to dissolve the gelatin.

  11. We put the machine on speed 3 and, through the nozzle, we slowly add the gelatin.

  12. We remove the mold from the refrigerator. We put the cream obtained on the biscuit base. We level it.

  13. We take the cake to the refrigerator where it will be at least 4 hours.

  14. When we are going to serve it, we unmold it and decorate it to our liking with banana and / or grated chocolate.
