Incredibly irresistible. A cake very easy to do and very delicious, with chocolate flavor y delicious coffee liqueur. Dare to do it with our incredible Thermomix, since although it takes several steps to contain small recipes, it is very easy to do. It is made with a chocolate cake y coffee liquor that then we will soak in a chocolate sauce. In the end we will cover it with a layer of truffled cream and we will finish with some Chocolate chips to give it a crunchy touch. If you have trouble finding chocolate chips, we can always replace them with small pieces of chocolate, it will be just as good.
Chocolate cake with coffee liqueur
A cake for chocolate lovers, made with a chocolate sponge cake and coffee liqueur that will have a juicy touch when bathed in a chocolate sauce. We will top the cake with a truffle whipped cream and decorate it with some chocolate chips.

Ingredients
For the cake
- 250g of wheat flour
- 300g sugar
- 85g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 180ml of condensed milk
- 240ml sunflower oil
- 240ml of coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the additional cream filling
- 180ml of water
- 240ml of condensed milk
- 125g chocolate chips
For the cream of the cake (cover)
- 500ml of cold whipping cream
- 100g sugar
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200g of chocolate chips to cover the top
Preparation
We start by making the whipped cream to place on top of the cake. We pour into our glass the 500ml cream to beat, we program it around 1 minute at speed 4. The whipping time is indicative, we must calculate before the minute arrives if the whipped cream is there, otherwise we wait for it to reach the minute and if it is still not completely whipped, we program a few more seconds until it is fully assembled. We take the cream into a container and add the cocoa and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. We are going to mix it by hand, I like to do it separately and with some rods so that the whipping of the cream does not pass. We reserve the cream and put it in the refrigerator.
We heat the oven at 180 °. We start by doing the cake on the cake. In our Thermomix glass we add the dry ingredients: the 250g of wheat flour, 400g sugar, 85g cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and teaspoon of salt. We are going to mix it by programming 15 seconds at speed 4,5.
Next we add the rest of the ingredients, add the 2 eggs , 180ml of condensed milk, 240ml sunflower oil, 240ml of coffee liqueur and teaspoon vanilla extract. We beat it all by programming 1 minute and 30 seconds at speed 4. If we see that when we lift the lid, we have some flour adhering to the glass, we can clean it and beat the mixture a little more.
We put the mixture in a tray that can go to the oven and greased with oil. We let it bake around 45 minutes. To know that it is baked we put something sharp, when we remove it it has to come out completely clean, without any dough, to know that it is completely ready. We let the cake cool.
To make the additional chocolate cream we are going to pour the 180ml of water together with 240ml of condensed milk. We are going to heat it up by programming 4 minutes at 90 ° at speed 0,5. We take below the 125g chocolate chips and we are going to heat them so that they fall apart, we are going to program it 2 minutes at 90 ° at speed 0,5.
We take the cake and we are going to pierce it all over its surface. In order to make the holes We will take a wooden spoon or similar and with the handle we will make the holes. We cast the chocolate cream that we have made so that the cake is soaked well, we emphasize to water it in all corners. We put the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the cream to rest.
With the rested sponge cake we will cover you with truffled cream that we had reserved and finally we will Chocolate chips. It only remains to try this wonder, it is spectacular.
