This cake is made with children in mind. Carry milk chocolate and we can consume it like this, as it appears in the photo, or use it to prepare a cake.

If we opt for the latter, for the pie, we will have to divide it into two parts, with a horizontal cut, and fill it with cream or with Butter that we like the most. 

Ask the little ones to help you do it. To make this recipe they love to put on the apron.

A cake made with milk chocolate that will appeal to those with a sweet tooth in the house.

Milk chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients

  • 140 g milk chocolate in chunks
  • 75 g of sunflower oil
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g milk
  • 40 g of Cola Cao
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  2. We put the milk chocolate in the glass and chop it with several turbo strokes.

  3. We add the oil, the sugar and the eggs. We program 20 seconds, speed 5.

  4. Add the milk, flour, Cola Cao, yeast and salt. We schedule now 30 seconds, speed 5. We mix with the spatula so that everything is well integrated and, if necessary, we program a few more seconds at the same speed.

  5. We put the dough in a mold that we will have previously greased and floured.

  6. Bake at 180º (preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, until we check that the inside is well cooked.
