Obviously the cheesecake is the most sought-after and tasty dessert of all the existing ones and that is why perhaps it can be called even majestic. If we add a part of chocolate on top, for some like me, we make it the ideal dessert. This recipe contains spreadable cheese, chocolate, and an Oreo cookie base; With this type of base we make the combination a little more complete for those with a sweet tooth.
I want to point out that I have added the right amount of sugar so that it has an acid touch and thus emulates the typical flavor of yogurt, but if you like it much sweeter you can always fix it by adding a little more sugar.

An ideal and majestic cake for having a combination of cheese and chocolate, without missing a delicious layer of Oreo type cookies at its base, thus completing the best of bites. You will also be able to make a very simple and delicious cake with our Thermomix by following the steps that I indicate in the recipe.

Ingredients
Chocolate cheesecake
- 250g of chocolate for coverage
- 400g of Philadelphia type cheese spread
- 200g sugar
- 50g whipping cream
- 130g of Oreo type cookies
- raspberries to decorate
Ganache
- 100g of covered chocolate
- 125g of whipping cream
Preparation
We prepare a round mold of about 20cm. If the mold is metal, I like to line it with baking paper at the base. We place the cookies in the Thermomix glass and crush them 1 minute at speed 7. We pour the mixture into the pan as a base, spreading and squeezing well so that it is compact. We booked.
We wash the glass and proceed to make the cream for the cake. We melt the chocolate inside the glass, we add the cream so that it can melt much better and we program 2 minutes at 105 ° at speed 1,5.
We take out the melted chocolate and reserve it. We wash the glass to make icing sugar. We put the sugar and program 40 seconds at speed 5 and we will gradually increase to 8. When it has been sprayed, we wait a few seconds for the dust that may have been produced to settle.
We add the spread cheese and program 2 minutes at speed 4.
After this step is when we add the chocolate that we had previously melted. We reschedule 1 minute at speed 4. We uncover and as surely the mixture has not been done well, we will help you to mix a little more with a spoon or similar. We program to finish beating 1 minute at speed 4.
We pour the cake mix on the cookie base that we had reserved. In this step we will do it very carefully so that these textures do not mix. We smooth the surface of the cake and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
We wash the glass and prepare the ganache. We add the chocolate and the cream and we melt it by programming 2 minutes at 105 ° and speed 1,5.
If you have finished resting the cake in the refrigerator, we can add the ganache on top, as it is quite liquid and creamy, it will not be very difficult for us to leave a good smooth finish on its surface. We put it all back together in the fridge for about an hour.
And with the cake already finished we can only decorate it. In my case I have added some raspberries because on top of being a delicious and healthy fruit it will give us a spectacular color contrast.
