Here is a recipe for these very sweet and chocolatey Halloween days so that all ages can enjoy. It is indicated so that the little ones can make it and have a great time decorating it, and it is made with the particularity of being a cream that can be accompanied by cookies or cakes.
This cream is made up of whipped cream cheese and butter, which will be accompanied by a delicious chocolate to make it even more irresistible. Then its surface has been decorated with a very tasty little earth made with oreo cookie crumbs and we have finished it all with tombstones that will be very easy to make with soletilla biscuits.

Ingredients
- 300g cream cheese spread
- 150g butter at room temperature
- 80g cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 250g white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g of dark chocolate to melt
- 4-5 sponge cakes
- 20 oreo cookies
- jelly beans to decorate
Preparation
We put in our Thermomix glass the 300g cream cheese together with 150g butterat room temperature. We are going to beat it by programming 2 minutes at speed 2.
Next we take the 80g cocoa powder, teaspoon vanilla concentrate and two tablespoons of milk. We beat it again by programming 1 minute speed 2.
We introduce two tablespoons of brown sugar together with 250g of white sugar. We mix it by programming 1 minute at speed 2. We get up to see how it has been beaten and we reprogram 1 minute at speed 3.
We dump the cream in a square fountain measuring approximately 25cm x 22cm. We extend and smooth its surface. We put it in the fridge around 1 hour. When the cream rests, it will be much firmer.
We take the 20 oreo cookies and we remove the part of the white cream. We put the part of the cookie in our clean glass and we are going to crush it by programming 10 seconds at speed 5. We pour the ground biscuit on top of the surface of the chocolate cream, set aside and rested. This effect of the ground cookie will simulate the land of the cemetery representation.
We melt the Chocolate 30g microwave at low speed so it doesn't burn. We put the chocolate into a pastry bag with a fine round nozzle no. 1, to be able to draw the letters. We catch the sponge cakes and we cut them in half and in the upper part we write the letters RIP. This will simulate the shapes of the graves, which we will then place on the surface of the tray.
Finally we decorate the area. With the leftover cream that we separate from the cookies, we can make small pieces and place them around the graves. We will also do it with the gummies that we will have bought with the same theme.
