At children They love it and for the grown-ups it is a very easy little treat to prepare.

Doing it will take us approximately 5 minutes. Then it will have to be in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, as when we make the usual curd.

Q simple and q good looking! Could you use powdered chocolate and not add sugar? How much chocolate should I use?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Rocio,
Although I have not tried it, I think you can use it and do without the sugar. As for the quantity, try 50 g, to see how it goes.
You will tell us how it looks.
      A kiss!

Hi Ascen, I just did it and it stuck a little bit in my glass, is it normal? I have had the thermomix for only two months and I am afraid that if things stick together, then everything else will stick.
I take this opportunity to tell you that of all the thermomix recipe blogs that I know, yours is the one I like the most. Congratulations.

Thank you Rosa for your words, you are very kind. In addition ... we have loved them!
Returning to the curd ... it is true that it remains a little stuck at the base, but not burned, right? What remains to me is easily removed without having to squeeze with the scrubber. Is yours the same?
In any case, if you ever get something stuck in your glass, don't worry, the rest of what you cook will not stick to you for that reason. If something is too tight, you can remove it with an aluminum scourer (Nanas type) and it will be like new. Even, to clean it better, you can put soapy water in the glass and program a few minutes with some temperature, so it will be easier to remove it later.
And if you have any questions, you know where we are. We will be delighted to help you.
      A kiss!

Hello, sorry to bother you, what curd envelopes do you use because I'm looking for it and it puts traces of egg in all of them. Thank you for your time

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

Hi Yoly. You say so because I've labeled it suitable for egg intolerant, right? If you have looked at different packages and and put it, surely the trace is common to all brands. It seemed like a good recipe for people allergic to eggs because my niece is (to eggs and many other things) and she takes the curd without problems. But, since you tell me about the traces, I am going to modify it. Thanks!

Hello! It has not curdled me, what could it be due to?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Ines,
How weird ... did you put the curd powders as specified in the recipe? Have you had the glasses in the fridge for at least 4 hours? I do not know what could have happened ... Look at the instructions on the curd envelope you have used in case the manufacturer gives you other instructions for use.

I did it this morning and we have already eaten two. Delicious. With sweetened whipped cream on top, they would be like the Danone Cup that I drank as a child.

And so much! It does look like the Danone Cup, yes… 😉 I'm glad you liked it.
Thank you very much for your comment.

The recipe is wrong, not how

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Cristina,
Have you followed all the steps in the recipe? Have you had it in the fridge for a few hours? It is rare that it curdles ...

  7.   Sandra said

This recipe is wrong. DOES NOT RENDER. the times are wrong, it does not have time to boil in a minute and also the liquids do not boil below 100 degrees.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Sandra,
I have rewritten the recipe just to check that it is correct. It suits me well respecting the times that are written. Use milk at room temperature or let it warm up a little more (until the machine keeps the light of 100º fixed). You can even put varoma temperature but you can grab a little bit.
For it to set, after having the mixture made, it has to be in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Think that we have heated half of the milk for 2 minutes. When we add the other half with the curd, we will have it heating for one more minute.
      All the best

It does not work for me either and I have already tried several times following it to the letter .. something is wrong

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Angela,
And the normal curd, without chocolate, does it curdle you? It's weird because I make this recipe often and it looks good on me… what chocolate do you use?
      A hug!

The times for this recipe are absurd. 1 me to get 90º. Otherwise, good and substituting sugar, very light.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

Hi Alicia! What times do you usually take to do it? The curd glasses that you see in the photo are prepared following the indications (time and temperature) written in the recipe ... but maybe there is a better way to prepare it ...
      A hug!
