Nut and Chocolate Cookies

chocolate-nut-cookies

If you want to make some cookies Without staining too many utensils, this recipe is what you are looking for.

We do not need a roller or pasta cutter. They are so simple that they prepare with the hands: making balls and squashing them slightly when we put them on the baking tray. They have nuts and chocolate chips, what a good combination, right?

Serve them in the breakfast or mid afternoon, with tea or coffee. Or with a Beaten, and you will have a delicious snack for the little ones in the house.

Hello Ascen! How do you have to chop the chocolate so that the pieces remain as you play? I have the new Thermo. Thank you.

      Hi Silvi!
Lately I do it with a board and a knife, so I make sure that the pieces are the size I want. It is difficult to say how to get it in Thermomix so that they are like nuggets because it will depend on the chocolate you use, the size ... I would try with small turbo strokes (make a short one and see how it is ...)
      A hug!

    What is spike speed ???

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Jessica,
It is the speed with which we knead the dough in Thermomix. It is used to make bread, pastry dough ... and it is represented with a spike, hence its name.
      Regards, Ascen
