It is getting too lazy to turn on the oven ... and what we have left! But if you are going to cook something in it (pizza, roast ...), take advantage and prepare some ricotta muffins.
With our Thermomix, in a few minutes, we will make the dough. Have less fat which the traditional ones (we will put 50 g of butter) and the chocolate that you want to put. I would dare to say that they are a little lighter than usual.

A recipe for simple muffins with fewer calories than the traditional ones. They have little butter, ricotta, eggs and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of fonding chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 50 butter g
  • 300 g ricotta (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50g milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 envelope of Royal type yeast

Preparation

  1. We put the chocolate in the glass, in pieces and program 5 seconds, speed 5. We take out and reserve.

  2. We put the eggs, sugar, butter, ricotta, salt and milk in the glass. We program 30 seconds, speed 4.

  3. Add the flour and yeast. We reschedule 30 seconds, speed 4.

  4. We add the chocolate that we had crushed at the beginning and mix during 15 seconds at speed 3.

  5. We put the dough in muffin molds or in individual molds of another format.

  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180º.

    I have a friend who suffers from addiction to white chocolate and it happens that tomorrow is her birthday, I have thought about making this super cake but with drops of white chocolate, what do you think? Will it look good?
