Chocolate sauce

Here is an idea to make any dessert a guaranteed success. Is chocolate sauce It is used to accompany ice cream, fresh fruit, dried fruit, cakes, cakes ... Why don't you dare and prepare it for Valentine's Day!?

It is better that you do it the day before or at least a few hours before so that the gelatin do its job and the cream has a more consistent texture.

Leaving Valentine aside ... if you have children and you want them to eat fruit, try to put it chopped up on a plate with a splash of this sauce on top ... you will see how happy you are going to give them.

Delicious chocolate sauce made with Thermomix. Ideal to accompany fresh fruit, dried fruit, ice cream, cakes, cakes, yogurts ...

Ingredients

• 300 g of water
• 360 g of sugar
• 240 g of cream
• 120 g of bitter cocoa powder
• 14 g of neutral gelatin sheets

Preparation

1. We put the water, sugar, cream and cocoa in the glass. We program 10 seconds speed 4 to mix all the ingredients.

2. Next we program 9 minutes, 100º, speed 1. Once programmed, we soak the gelatin, as indicated by the manufacturer.

3. When the time is running out, we check that the 100º of the Thermomix do not blink (when the light does not blink, the liquid will have reached 100º). After those 9 minutes, drain the gelatin sheets and put them in the glass. We mix everything during 20 seconds at speed 4.

Notes

With these ingredients we get a lot of sauce. If we want we can do less, we will only have to reduce the ingredients (all proportionally) and also the time. We will need less than 9 minutes: we will have to be attentive and when the liquid reaches 100º it will be ready to incorporate the gelatin.
