We start the week with this new proposal: some coconut, cinnamon and sesame cookies, full of flavor and perfect for breakfast or any snack.
The other day Ana taught us to do the tea biscuits that she had prepared with her little ones. That's when Emi, a friend from Facebook, came up with a fantastic presentation idea.
I remember a long time ago I saw Arzak doing some chopped and melted candiess, ideal for decorating dishes at children's parties. But the idea that these candies can be part of the cookies seems to me the no-go. Thanks Emi.
By the way, the recipe for the It's from Luca Montersino. With or without candy, don't stop trying them!
Coconut, cinnamon and sesame cookies
Honey, coconut, cinnamon, brown sugar and sesame are some of the ingredients that make these original square cookies special.

Very rich and very original, it is worth sticking with the dough and the rolling pin. Thank you
Thanks Tony! It makes me laugh about "it's worth hitting you with the dough and the rolling pin" ... it's true, sometimes it even de-stresses 😉
