Very good and very easy to prepare.

We put the almonds in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 5. Remove the chopped almond and reserve it.
Put the butter in pieces and the sugar in the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 5.
Add the flour, egg, salt and yeast. We program 20 seconds, speed 4,5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
Add the chopped almonds and raisins. We program 15 seconds, speed 5.
Preheat the oven to 180º. Cover the two oven trays with parchment paper.
Moisten our hands with water to prevent the dough from sticking to us. Take a small piece of dough and shape it into a ball. We crush it with our hands to form the cookie and put it on the oven tray. We form all the cookies like this.
When we have all the cookies formed, we bake them for approximately 15 minutes, until we see that they are golden.
Once out of the oven let them cool before putting them on a plate or in a jar.

We can use raisins and/or dried cranberries.
