These cookies have flown home. I hardly have time to take their picture. They are an adaptation of the typical cookies with chocolate, but I have substituted some ingredients and it has given me very good results.
Conclusion easy to do, you can even count on the help of children, who will be delighted to give the dough its particular shape (somewhat sticky, it must be said) and then discover how "their" cookie has grown in the oven. Accompanied by a natural juice, such as multivitamin, they form a great picnic to them.

hahahaha ... Paublete, it's the same thing that happens in my house. They are delicious, right? Thank you for following us and for telling us. A hug!
I have made them and we liked them, what has happened to me is that I have put chocolate chips in them and when they come out of the oven you cannot see the chips. I also tell you that I do not weigh them I did it to calculate. I would like to ask you Why did it happen to me and if I should have weighed 75 g of the seeds
Hi carmen. The seeds melt in the oven, but when the cookie comes out you have those same melted seeds, I mean, they are appreciated. When you bite, you have darker circles with a chocolate color and flavor. You may have put a few and I would recommend following the amounts by weight. A hug!
I assume they are made with the TM31; It would be interesting that when you upload recipes, you included this information. Thanks.
Hello Nazario. A table of equivalences with the TM21 is included in all our recipes. They are, therefore, made with TM31. A hug!
