Cottage cheese cake or tart, as you prefer to call it. I have done it with ricotta but, if you can't find it, you can substitute it for cottage cheese. You will see it has a very smooth texture and flavor that is phenomenal with Chocolate chips.

And don't forget to put on the surface your jam Favorite once the cake is out of the oven and after it has been allowed to cool.
