In the center of each bun we will fill it with a crest of whipped cream and sprinkle it with granulated sugar. The flavor of these buns with all their ingredients is spectacular.

Ingredients
Dough for the buns
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 15 g of fresh baker's yeast (equivalent to 5 g of dry baker's yeast)
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs size L
- 90 g butter at room temperature
- 50 ml whole milk
Filling of the buns
- 250 ml cold whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar for the cream
- sugar to decorate
Preparation
We begin to make the dough. In our Thermomix glass we put the dry ingredients: the 300 g of wheat flour, the 15 g of crumbled fresh baker's yeast, the 30 g of sugar and the pinch of salt. We mix programming 5 seconds at speed 3.
Add the 50 ml of whole milk and the 2 eggs. We reprogram 4 minutes at kneading speed.
Finally we add the 90 g of soft butter and we return to program other 4 minutes at kneading speed.
Remove the dough from the glass and place it in a bowl. We will put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest.
After the time we take it out, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise to room temperature for 1 hour and a half. The ideal is that the room where it is has a temperature of 20 ° C, to comply with the leavening time. The dough has to double its volume, if time has passed and it hasn't, you have to program a little more time for it to do so. It is essential to respect that they rise, otherwise the dough will be hard when baked.
In our clean Thermomix glass we place the butterfly and add the cold whipping cream and a tablespoon of sugar. We beat programming 40 seconds at speed 3,5. It has to be whipped, but not perfect, it doesn't have to be fully assembled. We set aside the cream.
When the dough is ready, place it on a lightly floured surface. We stretch the dough with a rolling pin, if the dough is too much we can do it in parts. When we stretch it, there should be a thickness of 0,5 cm. With a round pasta cutter of about 7 cm we will form the bun, as if we were making cookies.
Place the round buns on a tray that can go in the oven and cover them with a cloth for about 30 minutes. They have to double their volume again.
We heat the oven to 200 °. After the rest time we will make some round cavities in the center of the bun with the help of the finger. We put inside a small portion of cream and cover everything with sugar.
We put it in the oven at medium height with heat up and down, for 5 minutes. Then, without taking them out of the oven, lower it to 150° and bake them for another 7 to 10 minutes.
They are golden brown on the outside, super fluffy and with a spectacular flavor.
