Ingredients

  • 20 butter g
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • The white part of a large leek (about 140 g once clean)
  • 600 g of potato (weight once peeled)
  • 700 g very hot water
  • Sal Island
  • Ground white pepper (optional)
  • A few pieces of bread
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Dried aromatic herbs

Preparation

  1. We put the butter, the sprig of rosemary and the peeled garlic clove in the glass. We program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  2. Add the leek and program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  3. Add the potato and reprogram 2 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  4. Now we add the hot water, the salt and, if we want, a little ground white pepper. We program 20 minutes, 100, left turn, spoon speed.

  5. We remove the rosemary and garlic and crush 1 minute, progressive speed 5-10.

  6. In a frying pan we toast the diced bread with 3 tablespoons of oil and dry aromatic herbs.

  7. We serve the cream with the toasted bread.
