Ingredients

To make the cream with broth that we have already made:

200 g of broth
25 g of precooked rice flour

If we have to make the broth, these can be the ingredients:

1 potato (approximately 100 g)
1 zucchini (approximately 120 g)
2 carrots (about 100 g)
A small piece of onion (about 15 g)
40 g pumpkin
1/2 tomato
800 g of water

Preparation

If we already have the broth ready, we put 200 g of broth in the glass and program 6 minutes, 100º, speed 1. Then we add the rice flour and mix for 10 seconds at speed 5.
If we have to make the broth before, these are the steps to follow:
We put the chopped vegetables in the glass and then the water. We program 40 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
When the time is up, we strain it with the help of the basket and we have it ready. Vegetables can be used as a garnish for other dishes, or even to make a vegetable puree.
