Macaroni with lemon

We propose you some creamy macaroni, with pieces of cooked ham and lemon flavor. We will only use the glass to prepare it, without pans, staining only the glass, the lid and the tumbler.

Below you will find the video where we show all the steps to follow to prepare it. 

It is very creamy because the pasta we are going to cook it in what will later be the sauce. Ours are macaroni but you can replace them with another short pasta, always taking into account the cooking time indicated by the manufacturer.

Without a doubt, a recipe that we can calmly include in our compilation of pasta dishes made entirely in Thermomix.

Ingredients

  • 20 g of Parmesan in pieces
  • The skin of 2 lemons (only the yellow part)
  • Some fresh parsley leaves
  • 100 g of cooked ham, diced
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g of water
  • 200 g of liquid cream
  • 350 g of macaroni or other short pasta
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

  1. Put the Parmesan, the lemon peel (only the yellow part) and the parsley leaves in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 10. We take out and reserve.

  2. Now we put the olive oil, the water and the cream in the glass. We program 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  3. Add the macaroni and salt. We program two minutes less than the time indicated on the package, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  4. When the programmed time is up, add the Parmesan, lemon and parsley mixture. We program 2 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  5. Finally add the egg yolk and mix with the spatula. Finished this step we can serve our pasta. But if we want to cook the egg well, we just have to program 1 minute, left turn, spoon speed. 

  6. We put our pasta in a dish (or directly on the plates) and… food ready!
