Let's see what you think of these crispy cookies. They have 100 grams of each ingredient so it will not take us much to remember the amounts. But, in addition, the ingredients themselves cannot be more basic: nuts, sugar, flour and egg whites.

In the video we will show you how to prepare them. It is not complicated but it is good to see it because we show you from how line the mold even how to chop them.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of roasted nuts (in my case hazelnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g egg whites

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  2. We line a plum cake mold with baking paper and reserve it.

  3. We put the nuts in a large bowl.

  4. We put the sugar and flour in the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 10. We put that mixture in the bowl where we have the nuts.

  5. We wash and dry the glass.

  6. We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the egg whites in the glass and program 2 minutes, speed 3 1/2, or the time it takes for them to ride.

  7. We remove the butterfly and put the whites mounted in the previous bowl, together with the rest of the ingredients.

  8. We mix everything delicately with the spatula.

  9. We put it in the mold that we have prepared at the beginning. If the mold is very large, it is not necessary to distribute it over the entire surface.

  10. Bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes.

  11. Take out of the oven, unmold and let cool on a rack.

  12. We lower the oven to 150º.

  13. With a knife we ​​make our cookies, cutting thin slices. We are placing them on a baking tray that we will have previously covered with baking paper.

  14. Bake at 150º for 10 or 15 minutes, until we see that they are very dry.

  15. Let cool and ready!
