As it starts to get hot, I was in the mood for one of those cold creams refreshing, summery and low calorie (90 per serving). And I have chosen this cucumber and corn cream duo, a showy combination with a contrast of flavors that does not leave indifferent.

The cucumber cream has paste of wasabi, a Japanese condiment that I love (the green pasta from sushi). I put it in the cream of zucchini and in the avocado and they were delicious. Today I bring it to you with that of cucumber. Wasabi gives it an exotic, peculiar, spicy and very aromatic flavor. You will find it in the international section of hypermarkets and in oriental food establishments. It's a curious mix easy and very speed boat tour to elaborate. I hope you like it!

Vegetable duo of cold creams, very attractive, refreshing and low in calories: corn cream and cucumber cream, made with thermomix.

Ingredients

Cucumber cream:

2 cucumbers (300 g approx.) Unpeeled and cut into large chunks
1 natural yogurt (125 g)
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of wasabi paste
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 spoon of sugar
25 ml of aceite oliva

Cream of corn:

1 can of sweet corn (140 g)
50 ml water
50 ml of liquid cream for cooking
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation

Put all the ingredients of the cucumber cream in the glass and blend during 1 minute at progressive speed 5/10.
Take out and reserve.
Rinse the glass, add all the ingredients for the creamed corn, including the juice from the preserve, and blend for 1 minute at speed 7. Open the glass, lower the ingredients from the walls with the spatula and reprogram 30 seconds at progressive speed 5/10.
There should be a thick cream. As the amount of liquid will vary depending on what is in the preserve, if it is too thick (like a dough), add 25/50 ml more of water and mix again 10 seconds at speed 7.
Serve in transparent bowls, bowls or glasses, putting the corn cream first, which is thicker, and on top the cucumber cream, which is quite liquid.
