Chocolate cups with coffee cream

Preparation

1. We prepare the dough to make the cups. In our Thermomix glass we add the 250 g of wheat flour, the 200 g of soft butter, the 120 g of sugar, the two egg yolks, the whole egg and the pinch of salt. We knead it during 4 minutes at kneading speed.

2. We remove the dough, place it in a container and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it cools down and can stretch much better.

3. After time, we take the dough out of the refrigerator and go to work it. We heat the oven to 180 °. We place it between two baking papers and stretch it with a roller. In this way we will be able to handle it much better without it sticking neither above nor below.

4. We leave a thickness of about 0,5 cm and with the help of a large flower-shaped cookie cutter we make the cookies. We put them inside the cavities of some muffin molds, insisting on making the shape of the cup.

5. We cut some small strips of dough and fold them to make the shape of the handles of the cups. We put everything together in the oven for 12 minutes.

6. To make the cream: in a small bowl add the 80 ml of cream with the two teaspoons of soluble coffee and mix well.

7. In our clean glass we add the 300 g of cream cheese, the 100 g of sugar, the 100 g of soft butter, the teaspoon of vanilla extract, the pinch of salt and the cream and coffee mixture. We mix during 2 minutes at speed 3,5.

8. We put the cream inside a pastry bag with a wide and curly nozzle. We place the handles of the cups on the sides and fill our cups. Finally, we decorate them with pieces of strawberry, kiwi, orange and some small flowers.
