Cups of rice pudding and strawberries

Preparation

1. We put the sugar and the lemon peel in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 10. Put the mixture in a bowl and reserve it.

2. Without the need to wash the glass, we fit the butterfly into it. Add the milk and rice. we program 30 minutes, 90º, speed 1.

3. We took advantage of that time to chop the strawberries. We put them in a bowl or deep plate. Sprinkle them with the lemon juice and add the sugar. We also add the chopped basil leaves. Mix with a spoon and let marinate. After a few minutes, we put this dish with the strawberries in the microwave and heat it up just a little bit, just 30 seconds. We booked.

4. When our kitchen robot sounds (when those 30 programmed minutes have passed), we add the sugar with the lemon zest. we program 10 minutes, 90º, speed 1. Always with the butterfly put.

5. We now take advantage of those minutes to dissolve the curd envelope in about 80 grams of milk (which we will put in a glass).

6. When those 10 minutes programmed in the Thermomix have passed, we add the mixture of milk and curd powder. we program now 5 minutes, 90º, speed 1, with the throttle on.

7. And we already have our rice ready. We let it cool down for a few minutes. After approximately half an hour we will make our glasses. To do this, we put a base of rice pudding  in each glass (occupying less than half of the glasses). On that rice pudding we put about two teaspoons of strawberries (with the liquid, the leaves...). Now pour the rest of the rice pudding into the glasses. We finished crowning them with the rest of the strawberries.

8. We keep in the refrigerator until serving time.
