Today we are going to prepare a dish of use: curry pasta with meat. Attentive because it is a recipe that gives us many possibilities.

I have prepared it for take advantage of the meat of a broth from the day before (if I'm honest, I didn't feel like doing Croquetas…) But it can also be prepared using meat that has not yet been cooked (in the Notes section I will explain how).

If you like the curry you have to try it in pasta. You can modify the ingredients for your favorites, always taking into account those grams of milk and that amount of curry. So we will flee from the traditional tomato pasta.

Ingredients

  • 320 g pasta
  • 50 g cheese
  • 30 g onion
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 g of serrano ham in cubes
  • 160 g of meat (leftover meat from stew or other preparations)
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 120g milk
  • A few mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. To cook the pasta, we put a saucepan with water on the fire. When it starts to boil we cook the pasta taking into account the cooking time indicated by the manufacturer.

  2. Meanwhile, we put the cheese in the glass and program 3 seconds, speed 6. We take out and reserve.

  3. We also chop the meat with a couple of turbo strokes or we cut it with the knife into small pieces. We booked.

  4. We put the onion in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We add the oil and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1. We incorporate the meat and ham and program 2 more minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.

  5. We add the milk, the curry and the salt (not much because we already have the ham) and we program 5 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  6. Serve and flavor with some mint leaves.

Notes

We can use uncooked meat. If we prefer this option we will add the meat (cut into small cubes) at the time specified in the recipe but we will program 13 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1. A few minutes before the programmed time ends, we add the Ham. We will do the rest as it appears in the recipe.

      Hello Vanessa,
      The one you have at home or the one you like the most. I usually put Parmesan because I live in Parma and here it is much cheaper than in Spain… But use cheese from your area, which will surely also look good.
