Ingredients

150 g of dark chocolate for confectionery or desserts
40 g of condensed milk
50 g of brown sugar (can be white)
70 butter g
Yolks 2
25 ml of orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier or similar)
30 g of candied orange

Preparation

We introduce the sugar in the glass (completely dry) and pulverize during 20 seconds at speed 10. We take out and reserve.
We introduce the candied orange and chop during 7 seconds at speed 5. We take out and reserve.
We introduce the chopped chocolate and grate it turbocharged. We take out two tablespoons to coat the truffles and leave the rest in the glass.
We add the condensed milk, the liquor and the sugar that we had reserved. We melt it all during 2 minutes, 60º, speed 4.
Add the butter and melt again for 1 minute, 70º, speed 4.
We program 1 minute at speed 4, no temperature and add the yolks one by one through the mouth.
Add the orange and mix for 30 seconds at speed 3.
Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool down to room temperature. Once cold, we put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
We form balls with our hands and we coat them with the chocolate that we had reserved.
