Delicious chocolate cake

Hello everyone, my name is Virtues and I am a Sevillian who is delighted to be here with you. My life, apart from family and friends, I share it with my hubby and a two-year-old boy, still with half a tongue, who every time he sees me in the kitchen with the Thermomix® he asks me "grandmother?" I am doing a pie. And it takes time to open the silverware drawer and pull out a spoon to taste.

Am follower of this page And it fills me with great emotion to write in it and share with you the recipes that I make in my kitchen.

      The liquor can be found in the department store, and you can add another type of liquor. This weekend I made it for my brother's birthday and I put caramelised vodka on it and it tastes great too.
      The flan that I used was "Flanin el Niño" from Maizena, I think it is also 4 servings.

      Ufff how sorry I am, I make this cake a lot and this has not happened to me, I can think of several reasons, one may be the type of sobaitos, I use those of the Carrefour brand, other brands or they are very soft, that is to say little consistent, or quite the opposite, very dry ...
      It also occurs to me that the syrup may have turned out to be very liquid, try to add less, see what it is, or give it more cooking time.
      It may be that also the type of sobaitos, does not absorb enough the liquid ...
