Ingredients
- 800 ml whole milk
- 120 g of natural yogurt
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we add the 800 ml of whole milk and the 120 g of natural yogurt. We mix it for 5 minutes at 50 ° and speed 3.
We prepare the glass cups and place them inside the varoma tray. Fill with the mixture of milk and yogurt and then cover them with plastic film.
We clean the glass and place it in the robot. We fill it with 1,5 liters of water.
We place the lid and on top we also place the tray with the cups. We cover it with its corresponding lid. We schedule it for 15 minutes at 80 ° at speed 1.
Without uncovering, cover the tray with kitchen towels and let it rest overnight. When they are ready, we keep them cold in the refrigerator until they are consumed.
