DIY Tiramisu

Today I propose a DIY tiramisu, that is, a “do it yourself” tiramisu. And by "do it yourself" I mean those who are going to eat, not those of us who cook.

We will make the tiramisu cream. The advantage of this cream is that the egg is not raw but we are going to pasteurize it.

Once we have the cream in glasses we will have to serve it. And here comes the fun part. We will bring the coffee and biscuits so that everyone can prepare their own tiramisu to their liking. With more coffee, with less coffee, without it...

And if you prefer to prepare the tiramisu as always, do not hesitate to follow your favorite recipe but replacing the cream with the one I put here. The fact that it doesn't have raw eggs is great.
