Ingredients

- 150 g of wheat flour
- 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg size L
- 110 g of sugar
- 80 ml of milk
- 60 g of natural yogurt
- 30 g butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of butter to grease the molds
Chocolate cover
- 200 g of dark chocolate special confectionery
- 80 g soft butter
Decor
- Coarse granulated sugar
- Small chocolate chips
Preparation
We heat the oven to 180 °. In our Thermomix glass we add: 150 g of wheat flour, 25 g of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 L-size egg, 110 g of sugar, 80 ml of milk, 60 g of natural yogurt, 30 g of melted butter, 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. We program 40 seconds at speed 3,5.
We prepare a tray to make the shape of the donuts. With the tablespoon of butter we will grease all the cavities of the mold. We will fill the circles of the mold, but only halfway, since when baking them they will increase in volume. To fill the gaps or cavities I have used a pastry bag to be able to do it much better, but with the help of a spoon it will be perfect.
We put the trays in the oven and let it bake for about 15 minutes, or until we see that the cake is done. To do this, we will check it by pricking it with a needle and observing that it comes out clean.
To make the chocolate coating we will clean the glass. We will add the 200 g of special dark chocolate for confectionery and the 80 g of soft butter. We program it 2 minutes at 90 ° at speed 0,5. If you notice that the chocolate has not completely melted, program it a little more.
When we have the donuts baked and already cooled we can add the topping. On top we add the decoration: the chocolate chips and the granulated sugar. In order to cool the topping more quickly, we can put the donuts in the refrigerator. Enjoy the recipe!
