Mushroom Risotto

Today we are going to make a very simple mushroom risotto It is prepared in just over thirty minutes. We will need dehydrated mushrooms, cooked ham and a special rice for risotto.

All the dried mushrooms you have to soak them in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes. If we use 20 grams of this type of mushrooms, once they are soaked in water, we will obtain about 65 g. I say this in case you have fresh mushrooms at home and want to replace this ingredient.

And if for some reason you leftover risotto, you can always prepare the traditional arancini.
