Drunk prawns

A simple recipe with a good presentation and that looks great at the best tables. The prawns thus cooked can also be served as a second course.

Ingredients

• 30 g of onion or cabolleta
• A bunch of parsley
• 300 g of frozen prawns (previously thawed
• 25 g oil
• A little chilli (optional)
• 30g cognac
• 30 g of white wine
• Sal Island
• Pepper (optional)

Preparation

1. We put the chives and parsley in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 7.

2. We add the oil and the chilli. We program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

3. We add the cognac and without putting the glass, we cook 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

4. Now we add the prawns. We program 2 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

5. We add the wine, salt and pepper and, again without a beaker, we program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

6. Ready to serve. If you want to leave them ready to serve later, schedule less time in the last step and, before serving, heat them a little. Do not forget to add the sauce, which is very tasty.

Notes

It also goes very well with prawns. You will only have to vary the times (when you add the prawns, program 3 minutes instead of 2 and in the last step put 7 minutes instead of 3)
