If you want to make a lasagna but you don't want to have a lot of fuss in the kitchen, think about today's dish. It is a different lasagna because, instead of bechamel, we are going to put liquid cream, of cooking.
Furthermore, the meat we are not going to cook it previously. We will simply chop the vegetables in Thermomix and mix it with our veal.
Then we will only have to form the layers, if possible in a casserole, so that everything cooks well in the oven. What do you not have cocotte? Use a baking dish, as I have done in the video.
After about an hour of baking, you will have it ready to take to the table.
