Quick lasagna

If you want to make a lasagna but you don't want to have a lot of fuss in the kitchen, think about today's dish. It is a different lasagna because, instead of bechamel, we are going to put liquid cream, of cooking.

Furthermore, the meat we are not going to cook it previously. We will simply chop the vegetables in Thermomix and mix it with our veal.

Then we will only have to form the layers, if possible in a casserole, so that everything cooks well in the oven. What do you not have cocotte? Use a baking dish, as I have done in the video.

After about an hour of baking, you will have it ready to take to the table.

Ingredients

  • 200 g carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 150 g celery, cut into pieces
  • 80 g onion, quartered
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 800 g canned tomato pulp
  • 30 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Between 400 and 500 g of ground beef
  • 400 g of liquid cream for cooking
  • About 16 sheets of pasta for pre-cooked lasagna
  • 100 g of mozzarella in pieces

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 220º.

  2. Put the carrot, celery, onion, garlic clove and oregano in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  3. Add the tomato pulp, flour, salt, paprika and pepper. We program 8 seconds, speed 4.

  4. We now add the minced meat to the glass. We push it towards the bottom of the glass with the spatula or a wooden spoon. We program 10 seconds, left turn, speed 4.

  5. Prepare a large cocotte or a dish suitable for the oven (better if it has a lid). At the base we spread a few tablespoons of cream. On it we place some sheets of lasagna. Next we put a little meat. We continue like this, forming layers, until we finish the ingredients. We have to finish with a last layer of pasta and a little cream on it. 

  6. We distribute the mozzarella on the surface.

  7. If we use a cocotte we put the cover. If we have a source like the one you see in the video we can cover it with aluminum foil.

  8. If we have opted for the normal source, we can put a bowl of water in the oven to generate steam.

  9. When the oven is hot we introduce our lasagna and bake it for about 45 minutes.

  10. We remove the lid, put the oven on grill function, and bake another 10 minutes.

  11. Let stand 10 minutes out of the oven and serve.
