Iberian sirloin with mustard

In this recipe for Iberian sirloin with mustard, what is really important is the salsa, that we do it in the Thermomix in a simple and fast way.

The sauce is exquisite and is the Perfect complement for these Iberian pork tenderloin tacos although it is equally good with any other type of meat.

The pork tenderloin does not have to be Iberian, the normal one is worth it. Y to accompany him you can prepare some french fries or, if it is for dinner, a tomato salad.

    Fabulous the sauce; I didn't have Dijon and I did it with Louit, fabulous.
    I did it with Iberian tenderloins; Better to brown the meat a little more, and give the sauce little heat

      Hello Rocío, I think you have skipped a step because when you add the mustard, everything is crushed for 1 min. at speed. progressive 5-7-10, so it is impossible to have any pieces left. The sauce is thick but not too thick, for me it is just right. Try doing it again, it sure suits you better. All the best.
