Cream cheese spread

This recipe for cream cheese spread I really liked it because it is as simple as add to cream cheese the ingredients that we like the most to give it another flavor.

I put you like I have done it and it has come out delicious. Next time I am sure that I will add some very chopped chives, olives, corn,…. I'll try to see which one I like the most.

It is ideal for preparing a quick snack that we can serve on toasts and even to prepare some stuffed eggs.

Cream cheese or spreadable cheese (type Philadelphia®) is easy to find in any supermarket. And there are even variants Without lactose to make it suitable for the intolerant.

      Hello Belén, I make it with creamy cheese and it is not hard, but if it happens to you, I think it can be rectified by pouring a jet of milk and stirring it. I think milk is what suits him best. All the best.
