One question if you make the juice from one day to the next, doesn't it lose vitamins and other properties?

  2.   Silvia said

Manuela most likely Yes, because they always advise you to take it as soon as you do it, that after about 15 minutes they begin to lose properties.
But even so, it will always be better to consume a natural juice made by us and packed as soon as we do, than to drink a purchased juice that we do not know the amount of colorings and other things that we put for the body ...

    You're all right.

This kiwwi juice or any fruit how you can make it snow

    1.    Silvia said

Mary Carmen I imagine you mean if you can make sorbet with the kiwi.
In principle Yes, there is no problem, you just have to add the frozen fruit with the lemon and sugar and grind at a progressive speed of 5-10.

Anyway, I would like to see some more recipes for desserts because in my house we have a sweet tooth for something more than yogurts, puddings, ice cream, etc ...

  11.   Nuria said

I had a question about this juice, and that is if instead of adding sweetener I can add sugar. And when you refer to a glass, do you mean the thermomix beaker, or a normal glass tumbler? Thank you very much, a little kiss.

    1.    Silvia said

Nuria, of course you can add sugar instead of sweetener. I put it like that because it was more light and when I say a glass I mean the thermomix.
If you have a sweet tooth, you can add 100 to 150 grams of sugar, as you like.
      All the best

If instead of sweetener I add sugar, how much would it be, approximately?

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hi Sara, 100g of sugar will be fine. Anyway, add that amount and try it, if it lacks add more and reprogram 30 seconds at speed 10. Thanks for writing us! 🙂
