Summer sangria

The summer sangria You can not miss at a summer barbecue with friends or at a family gathering. Although any occasion is good to enjoy this delicious drink.

At home we love it for its flavor, its freshness and also its juicy fruit. So any excuse helps us to prepare it.

Before preparing it with Thermomix®, I spent a good time cutting the fruit. Now, with this recipe, in the blink of an eye it is ready !!

To prepare a good sangria, wine does not have to be very “fierce”. With a wine moderately good will come out better.

It is also convenient that the ingredients are very cold. If not, we add more ice cubes to the serving jug.

I want to dedicate this recipe to my brother-in-law Keco, who is his birthday today. My sister will prepare this refreshing recipe for Birthday Party. Enjoy the day guys !!!

A typical summer drink ... enjoy it cold.

Ingredients

• 3 peaches, peeled
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 peeled orange
• 600 g red wine
• 150 g sugar
• 30 - 50 g vermouth
• 30 - 50 g gin
• 30 - 50 g brandy
• 330 g soda or fizzy orange soda
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
• 10 ice cubes

Preparation

1. We start by slicing the peach by programming 3 seconds, speed 3. We pour it into the serving jar and reserve.

2. Using a vegetable peeler, we remove the colored part of the orange and lemon peel and reserve.

   We remove the white part of the citrus fruits and put the sugar, the lemon and the orange in the glass. We program 1 minute, progressive speed 5-10.

3. Add the wine, brandy, gin, vermouth, cinnamon, soda and ice and program 1 minute, speed 2.

   Pour the peach into the jar and decorate with the orange peel and lemon.
