Watermelon Gazpacho

Easy thermomix watermelon gazpacho recipe

The watermelon gazpacho is really good, with a beautiful color, which draws attention and very mild flavor with a little fruity touch.

The truth is that lately everything that they are is very fashionable fruits and vegetables. Is the perfect combination to feed and cool down during this hot season.

As its flavor is softer than traditional gazpacho, it is more pleasant for the children. My oldest daughter protested a bit but in the end she took it and my little one loved it.

Very cool is the best way to take it. I recommend that you freeze the watermelon the night before so that it will be at its cold point, and we will not need to add ice or wait for it to cool.

    The proportion of 50% tomato, 50% protagonist (in this case watermelon), I find it very successful. Official recipes give tomato much more weight.
