Peach Yogurt Popsicles

These yogurt and peach popsicles have been the best experiment of the summer. A A delicious discovery that brightens the summer evenings of children and adults.

I saw the recipe in an ice cream brochure and I thought they could be very good. I knew my daughters would love them, especially my oldest because it is their favorite fruit. And, the truth is that yogurt and cream they form a perfect and delicious combination.

I am also sure that with any other fruit some delicious popsicles can come out and it is a very healthy way for children to take something natural and without preservatives.

The homemade ice cream They are an informal way of provide a great source of calcium to our diet, protein, a moderate caloric value.

For we ice creams are the great temptation of summer and imexpendable for live an authentic summer.

A delicious way to snack during the hot summer.

Ingredients

• 2 peaches
• 1 yogurt
• 35 g of sugar
• 100 g cream 35% mg

Preparation

1. Cut 1/2 peach into small cubes and place in the bottom of some molds suitable for freezing.

2. We put the rest of the peach in the glass, together with the sugar and crush 4 seconds at speed 5. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

3. We wash the glass, put the butterfly on the blades and add the cream along with the yogurt. We program 30 seconds, speed 3.

4. When we have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the sugar and the crushed peach. We mix during 10 seconds, speed 2.

5. We fill the molds with this mixture.

   We introduce an ice cream stick or a teaspoon in each of them.

   We put in the freezer a minimum of 4 hours.

Notes

To remove them easily, we submerge the molds in hot water, but without the water touching the ice cream.
