Edible witch hats

Preparation

1. We start by preparing the filling cream for the cones. In our Thermomix we add the 300 g of cream cheese and the 150 g of soft butter. We schedule it during 2 minutes at speed 2.

2. We add 80 g of cocoa powder, the two tablespoons of milk and the teaspoon of vanilla extract. We reschedule during 1 minute at speed 2.

3. We finish adding the 220 g of sugar and mix it for 2 minutes at kneading speed.

4. We take the cones and place them inside a tall glass so that they remain standing. We fill them with the chocolate cream that we have prepared and put it in the refrigerator.

5. We clean our Thermomix glass and add the chocolate to melt and the three tablespoons of sunflower oil. We schedule it during 3 minutes at 90 ° at speed 1,5. Once melted we put it aside in a bowl.

6. We prepare a surface where you can leave the cookies and cones smeared with chocolate. We take the cookies, dip them in the chocolate and place them to dry. We do the same with the turbinates, submerge only the top tip and then place them upside down so that the chocolate dries. We can speed up the drying by putting it in the refrigerator.

7. We take the mouth of the turbinate and immerse it in the chocolate and then we add it to the chocolate cookies. We let dry so that the shape of the hat is sealed.

8. We will finish the hats by placing a strip of black fondant around the hat. We will also make a small white buckle that we will cut out with the knife. We place it on top of the black strip pressing so that it sticks.
