Today is a very simple recipe: eggs stuffed with tuna and anchovies.

We can cook the eggs in the Thermomix itself, following the steps that Irene explained to us in this post. On this occasion, as we need the yolk to be well done, we will have to program 15 minutes.

Once we have the eggs cooked, we only have to do the filling (You will see that it is very easy) and place it in the egg whites.

You decorate them to your liking and ... ready! If you serve them with slices of tomato you will get a colorful and appetizing starter.

Ingredients

  • Chopped fresh chives
  • 3 anchovies
  • 120 g of still in oil (weight once drained) -approximately 2 cans-
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 75 g mayonnaise

And to accompany / decorate:

  • Roasted peppers
  • Some aromatic herb (in my case, most of it)
  • Sliced ​​natural tomato
  • A little extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Put the chives, anchovies and tuna in the glass (drained). We program 6 seconds, speed 5.

  2. We open the eggs in half. We remove the yolks. We reserve a yolk (it will serve us to decorate) and put the rest of the yolks in the glass. We also add the mayonnaise. We program 10 seconds, speed 4.

  3. We lower with the spatula what has been adhered to the walls of the glass and program again 10 seconds, speed 4.

  4. Fill the eggs with the mixture we just made (we can use a couple of spoons or a pastry bag) and decorate them with a piece of roasted pepper and some aromatic herb.

  5. We place them on some slices of natural tomato and we dress everything with a drizzle of olive oil.

  6. We crumble the yolk that we had reserved on the plate.

Notes

If it is going to take a few hours to consume them, it is best to keep them in the refrigerator, inside a tupperware to prevent the filling from drying out.[br]At the time of serving, we put them on the presentation plate, next to the tomato, and season .
