Today is a recipe for rice. We will do it with a tray of frozen seafood preparation that we will have to defrost previously.

You will see, it is so simple that it will take us longer to wait for that shellfish  to prepare the recipe itself because in thermomix it will take unos 30 minutes.

For these types of recipes I usually use the processed or quick rice.

Simple and seafood rice recipe made in Thermomix. It is done in record time: in just 30 minutes we will have it ready.

Ingredients

  • 70 g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 g of frozen seafood preparation
  • 1 can of tuna in oil or natural
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled into pieces (about 140 g)
  • A little turmeric
  • 40 g of white wine
  • 900 g of water
  • Sal Island
  • 400 g of parboiled or quick rice

Preparation

  1. We put the garlic, onion and olive oil in the glass. We program 8 seconds, speed 4 and then 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  2. We put the butterfly in the glass. We put the fish, the drained tuna, the peeled and coarsely chopped tomatoes and the turmeric. We program 4 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  3. We add the wine and, without putting the beaker, we program 2 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  4. Now we add the water and the salt. We program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed (Now yes, with a cup). And finally we add the rice and program 14 minutes, 100º, spoon speed, also with beaker.
