Tomorrow is November 1, Hallowmas. For this reason in Thermorecetas We propose a typical sweet for the occasion but revisited so that it has a few fewer calories: baked fritters.
We are going to bake them in round cake pop molds. They are perfect to fill with custard cream, with cream or truffle. We can also put a little chocolate on the surface, but I leave that to your choice.
You can tell me that more than fritters are profiteroles ... and you are partly right. The difference is that, in this case, the dough is practically liquid, like that of traditional fritters.
Fake fritters, baked
A typical sweet of these dates but adapted to the preferences of many people.

Ingredients
- 125g milk
- 70 butter g
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon
- 85 g of bread flour
- 10 g fresh baker's yeast
- 2 eggs
Preparation
We put the milk and butter in the glass, with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. We program 2 minutes 30 seconds, 100º, speed 4.
Add the flour, cinnamon and fresh yeast. We program 10 seconds, speed 4. Let it rest for a few minutes.
We put the machine in speed 5 and we incorporate the eggs. We have the machine in operation for approximately 1 minute.
We let the dough rest for half an hour.
We put the dough (or part of the dough) in cake pop molds, filling each sphere up to 3/4 of its capacity.
Bake at 170º (preheated oven) for 20 minutes. After that time we turn the fritters, helping us with a couple of spoons. We continue to bake at 170º for approximately 15 more minutes.
Notes
So that the final result is more similar to that of the traditional donuts, you can bathe them in a light syrup to coat them later with white sugar. If it is more comfortable for you, you can also fry them (instead of baking them), in plenty of sunflower oil and using a couple of spoons.
