In this year and a half that I have been living in Italy I have tried quite a few pizzas. The truth is that they are all very tasty, but if I had to choose one, I would choose, without hesitation, the Fefè pizza.
Es differences which we are used to drinking in Spain (to begin with, they do not put tomato in the base), but you will see that it is delicious!
It has mashed potatoes, mushrooms, Mozarella, bacon, Parmesan y balsamic vinegar reduction. With this description you can already get an idea ... the combination of flavors and textures is perfect.
Pizza Fefe
A very original Italian pizza due to the ingredients with which we will make it: mashed potato, mushrooms, mushrooms, Parmesan, balsamic reduction ...
Equivalences with TM21

Hello, I made this pizza and it is delicious. My two year old daughter loved it. Congratulations.
I'm glad Ana. How nice that you liked it, especially the little one. Thank you very much for your comment.
Kisses, Ascen.
Hello sorry but I have not read that you let the dough rest at any time is it x something? Or why has it happened to you? Thanks
Hi, Raul,
In this case, it is not necessary to leave the dough to rest so that it rises, although, if you want, you can do it perfectly. With half an hour in the glass, after mixing all the ingredients, it will be enough. Then you spread it out and ready.
I hope you like it.
Regards, Ascen
Hello Ascen,
I really want to try to make your pizza. One question, is baker's yeast the same as baking powder? I live in the USA and I can't find fresh yeast, and the one I have is the Hacendado Powdered Lecadura that I brought from Spain. Thank you very much and sorry for this very technical question.
A hug!
Sonia
Hello Sonia!
Which one did you buy? If it says "baking powder" it won't work for you. You can use dry yeast but it has to be "baker's yeast" and I don't know if there is a Hacendado brand ... I don't see it on the internet 🙁 so I imagine you will have the one I told you at the beginning, which is perfect for making cakes, muffins, battered ... but not for bread or pizza doughs.
A hug!
