When a few years ago I first tried the fennel I have to admit that I did not like it. I did not understand how people could compare it in boxes of 3 and 5 kilos ... But it has conquered me until it became one of my favorite vegetables.
Raw is a real pleasure. Also sauteed With butter, as we told you here. But the other day I tried it with a light cheese bechamel and I loved it. That is why I share it with you.
In the container varoma we steam the bulbs, already chopped. And we make the bechamel later in the glass. Afterwards, we will only have to grill it in the oven or in the microwave -if it has the grill function-.
Fennel with cheese bechamel
A delicious and not too caloric recipe made with fennel and a light Emmental cheese béchamel.
