How i like this flan. It reminds me of when I was little, with those homemade snacks and their aromas ... The truth is that it is a classic, and like the egg flan, is a recipe for all audiences, but with that taste of chocolate negro, what is ... mmmh

As I have done for the childrenI have put whole milk in it, but if you want to reduce calories you can do it with skimmed milk, it is also very good. And with the thermomix and VAROMAYou don't even need an oven or a bain-marie or anything. It's steamed and done in no time. Fast y easy.

Ingredients

  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 75 gr of glass sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 liter of water

Preparation

  1. Place the chopped chocolate in the glass and grate it to turbo boost. Lower debris from the walls with the putty knife.

  2. You add the milk and cook it for 4 minutes, 100º, speed 2.

  3. Add the sugar and mix it for 5 seconds at speed 3.

  4. Introduce the eggs one by one through the mouth and mix during 30 seconds at speed 3.

  5. Pour the mixture into flannels or into a mold that will fit in the Varoma container. Cover the flaneras with aluminum foil, well sealed, and place them in the Varoma. Put a few layers of kitchen paper on top of the covered flaneras (they will absorb the steam generated when cooking) and cover the container with its lid.

  6. Rinse the glass, add the water, put the Varoma in its place and program 25 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.

  7. Uncover everything when the time is up and let the custards cool in their custards before serving.

  8. You can decorate them with cream, with melted chocolate or with grated chocolate chips on top.
