Four color cream

This recipe for four color cream I found it in a Thermomix magazine and, as I saw it, I thought I had to do it for the so pretty colors what it has and how original it is. It is also a vegetable cream, therefore, very healthy, nutritious and healthy.

I really like vegetables and obviously I adore creams. Luckily my daughters also still remember the first time I put it in my house, they were left with their mouths open: Hello mom, it looks like a Rainbow of puree !. I think they loved it not only because of the presentation and the colors, but because there are four creams of different vegetables on the same plate.

They can be mixed, but I think how beautiful it is present them separately and that the colors are distinguished and in turn we find out what vegetable each cream is made of.

It seems complicated by the amount of vegetables, but I think it is simple and it is worth it especially if you have children at home.

I'm going to make it right now for the family, but without beets. I can't take it because I'm on a diet.

This recipe looks very good, but in my house they like their food very hot, do you heat it after serving it in the microwave? Thank you

Hello Elena, is there any way to prepare this delicious cream but without thermomix? I am interested in preparing it, but I don't have a Thermomix at home….

Hello Puri, you can prepare the creams with a blender in the traditional style. The trick of this dish is to pour each cream separately so that the presentation is that beautiful. Follow the same instructions and cook the vegetables in a pot with water or steamed, as you like. I hope I've helped. A hug!
